Had to share this one today for it's texture, transitions, and the super smooth globe shake when it was spun. This piece was done by The Pixel Kitchen, in Melbourne Australia.
Motion Monday: The Van
I've probably watched this piece ten times since I saw it a little over a week ago. It takes the history of the van and tells it in a fun and humorous way, keeping the van front and center the entire time. I think my favorite scene has to be the Scooby Doo reference at the :56 second mark.
Great work by Steve Savalle and the rest of the team that worked on this.
Motion Monday: Butter Fingers by J-Scott
Love this piece by J-Scott. A simple, well executed concept that had me laughing at times.
Honestly, who can't relate to dropping something from time to time and the sound design is perfect. I love the heavy breaths of frustration.
In addition to being a talented designer and animator, Jordan has a pretty legit beard, a killer collection of tattoos, and runs the inspiring blog icecreamhater.com you need to check out.
